Sioux Falls residents are encouraged to participate in the 2025 Downtown Plan community presentation on Monday, October 6, 2014, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Main Library, Meeting Rooms A and B. The Main Library is located at 200 North Dakota Avenue.
